The table in my foyer has been foofed up with my blue and white, greenery foraged from our yard and my tartantastic table topper. I sacrificed six different vintage wool stadium blankets and sewed it my very ownself! I was so pumped to figure out the zigzag stitch on my machine–AND I did multiple bobbin rewinds. Not giving up my day job as a novelist just yet, but I am absurdly thrilled with this silly little accomplishment

Remember those vintage postcards I picked up at the Chelsea Flea Market in NYC? Here’s their moment in my kitchen. Some butchers twine and teensy clothes pins. And those awesome little @commandbrand thingies
