For a book-signing party for my friend Jonathon Barrett’s new Southern cookbook/memoir the food was mostly from his recipes. We wanted a fun down-home look so we layered my collection of vintage plaid wool stadium blankets on top of this great burlap tablecloth from @ballarddesigns. The flower container is an antique lemonade dispenser from my designer pal @clanier73–who also put this table together. The candlesticks are the sawn-off legs from our porch coffee table. All the flowers either came from Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, or my backyard. Platters, plates and bowls from my vintage stash.
